Today Melissa and Kelsey have a tropical pineapple salad in their lunchboxes with sliced apricots and pineapple chunks. They also have a strawberry and kiwi fruit kebab and a Cucumber Twist. Slightly uninspired yesterday, I simply filled the lunchboxes with whole fruits and mini rice cakes.
