Today Melissa and Kelsey have a tropical pineapple salad in their lunchboxes with sliced apricots and pineapple chunks. They also have a strawberry and kiwi fruit kebab and a Cucumber Twist. Slightly uninspired yesterday, I simply filled the lunchboxes with whole fruits and mini rice cakes. Melissa's comments yesterday afternoon: "Mom, why have you stopped packing shapes in my lunchbox, it looks like you just stuck the food in to fill the box today."- need I say more.Return from Lunchboxes: Tropical Pasta Salad with Cucumber Twists to the homepage.
